Accountant in Oshawa, Ontario
AJ Manufacturing Ltd is looking for an accountant in Oshawa, Ontario. He/she will directly report to the Group Controller and will be responsible for supporting them with all the financial and accounting projects.
Job Responsibilities

To organize and update financial records for two companies in both Excel and QuickBooks.

To perform bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations.

To inspect records for accuracy and completeness.

To follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable.

To maintain payroll records from timecards.

To prepare payroll tax and HST tax filings.
Experience Required
-
Two years accounting experience, QuickBooks, Office 365
Education Required
-
Accounting degree
